Multi-manager platform Cinctive Capital Management has added global macro and healthcare investment teams as the firm celebrates its fourth anniversary.
Jeff Enslin was hired as a global macro portfolio manager after having spent over two decades as a portfolio manager at Caxton Associates. Meanwhile, Jay Kim and Sue Lee will join as portfolio manager and senior analyst respectively. Both had been at Moore Capital Management previously and will oversee a healthcare-focused long/short strategy. And lastly, Chandler Willett joins as a healthcare portfolio manager from Stevens Point Capital.

Since its founding in September 2019, the $5.4 billion Cinctive has expanded from its focus on global long/short equity strategies to add both global macro and quantitative capabilities, officials said.
Enslin brings more than three decades of financial industry experience. He spent over 23 years in various senior roles at Caxton, a macro-focused hedge fund firm.
Kim has spent over two decades in the healthcare space. He was a long/short equity portfolio focused on healthcare investing at Moore Capital Management. Prior to Moore, he was a senior analyst at Cadian Capital Management.
Lee will serve on Kim’s team at Cinctive as a senior analyst. She had worked with Kim for three years at Moore Capital Management.
Lastly, Willett most recently ran proprietary capital at Stevens Point Capital. Prior to that he worked at Fidelity Investments for over 13 years, with his most recent role being an equity portfolio manager. Before Fidelity, he was an equity research associate at Goldman Sachs covering pharmaceuticals.
