Michelle Perry is joining the New York office of operational due diligence consulting firm Shadmoor Advisors as director, officials announced this week.
She joins a 10-member team supporting continued growth of clientele, especially allocators. Perry brings two decades of operational due diligence, risk analysis and team leadership experience from prior roles at Galaxy Digital, Aksia, Santander and Deloitte. She has experience with ESG integration, digital assets, regulatory insights and diverse asset class expertise.
Shadmoor Founder Michael Merrigan said, “As an entrepreneurial firm approaching 10 years of operating history, we are extremely proud to continue hiring senior ODD talent such as Michelle Perry who bring subject matter expertise to service our growing clientele roster.”
The Southport, Conn.-based firm now serves approximately 50 clients in the U.S., Europe, Asia and the Middle East — including sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, endowments, trust companies, family offices, RIAs, funds of funds, placement agents and multi-manager hedge funds. Merrigan added that the firm is seeing growth from providing supplemental in-house resources to our clients and vendor due diligence.
“I am excited by this opportunity to join and strengthen the Shadmoor team, leveraging my industry experience accumulated since 2002,” Perry said. “Shadmoor has done an excellent job meeting the growing demand for ODD as investors look to navigate the business risks of investing, and I am delighted to be a part of its future.”
